The Distillery District – Toronto

MASS MoCA is housed on a restored 19th century factory campus. 25 buildings on 13 acres. About half the covered square footage has been restored.

D.I.R.T Studio on the Chain Works Team helped to restore Urban Outfitters headquarters after they purchased 4 buildings and leased a 5th in an abandoned ship yard.

The Gaslamp Quarter has been restored into a premier shopping, dining and entertainment district. With over 200 restaurants, bars, nightclubs and lounges, and boutiques, galleries and shops to peruse.

Gas Works Park is a 20 acre point on Lake Union that was restored from a coal and oil plant to a park with shelters, grills, children’s areas and open space.
